Best option for shaved door handles

Hey guys. my Xtreme has shaved door handles and i want to know what is the best option to make the doors open besides door poppers. As you can see, I live in Chicago and door poppers tend to freeze so they would not be a good option. Anything else I can use? I'm tired of having to open my door by pulling a piece of clothesline through the edge of the door.

I assume you just mean during the freezing rain / snowy weather. I've had shaved handles on my cars for 10yrs.

Heres what I do, WD-40 the rubber seals it prevents the moisture from setting on the rubber and freezing.

Or a gallon of hot water will unstick any door. I've NEVER had glass break like everyone says it will and I've been doing it for a long time. That being said, i dont dump the water directly on the glass but rather around the door opening. Works every time.
