Valet remote start, need instructions

When I bought my wagon it had a Valet remote start installed on it but it didn't come with any instructions. I want to see if I can use the AUX button to open the back window but I've searched online, sent emails and still can't find any info. Is anyone familiar with these systems?

The only info I have is on the remote itself. If you need info off of the box, I don't even know where it is, I've yet to find it. I'm guessing its tucked up into the dash somewhere but I'll have to wait for warmer weather to dig deeper into it. Here is the info off of the remote:Valet RPN 473T 2

Yeah, you'll need part and model number alarm type etc. Once you're out of valet mode you should be able to set up your auxiliary functions. There is probably an orange or black override push button that you'll have to press and open your key switch to get the alarm out of valet mode. Depends on what unit you have.

The trunk release function will be set jj by default. It will be a negative output so you will have to use a relay. The wire will be red with a white stripe (coming off of thd valet, not the car).

Can you get me an actual instruction manual or do you need more info from the control box? If it matters, this is just a remote start, NOT an alarm.

When I had the no-start issue a few weeks back I thought it could be the remote start so I unplugged the control box, which was a chore to find. After determining the remote was not the problem I plugged it back in. A few days later I tried to use it and now it won't function. I see a red LED on the box but it never lights up. I also found a small black push-button that I guess is a reset button of some sort.

Without any manual or on-line info I'm lost. If anyone is familiar with these things, do they need to be re-set somehow once unplugged? What the hell is the button for? It was shoved so far into the dash nobody ever would have had access to it. Normally this controls the locks too but they don't work either.
