Not new to B Bodies, but a friend of a friend dropped one off that needed a full revamp. Id figured Id stop by and post pics of the progress..and also inquire where I could get some new/used parts... My father had a 95 (SSScott for you old timers); and Ive wanted one since they came out back when I was in HS. Ive had quite a few cars since, but having a family now, I need something bigger. A 96 might be in my near future. Anyway, onto the pics...

The original install was done in 1995. Unfortuantly the car was stolen and stripped a few years ago and hasnt sounded same since. So...heres what was in there when I took possession.

The box is original from the 95 install; ala the speckle paint.

Exterior shot. CLean 95 w/ 70k.

Rockford
6x9's
6.5's
4004
and 5002 are going in along with a
Pioneer Avic D1
Soundstream DVD (damn Pioneer for not making this play DVD's also.
Keeping screen molded into rear console and PS2/TV tuner under pass seat.
Second Optima Yellow Top
All Stinger wire..0ga front to back upgraded to 4ga under the hood etc etc.
Compustar Alarm/Remote start (900mhz 2way unit).

Ive had it now 3 days and got pretty much everything stripped and Im working on the new trunk/trim panels as we speak. Got the old alarm out (with no shock sensor or starter kill), and all of the old wiring. It was obviously a mess that Im working hard on replacing. Got the rough panels in the trunk done, doing the fine tuning and will have them cut out of MDF tonight. I plan toi recess the amps in either side panel and highlight them with some neon behind some plexi. The box will stay the same, but Id love to redo the paint job.

Finally finally finally...a pic worth posting.

And no, contrary to popular belief, the LFH was not used in any way to aid in the proper fitment of that side panel.

The other side is drying right now, and I plan to have them both ready to go. The center peice still needs work obviously. Will just have to cut out the center and carpet the piece. I pretty much got the new rear deck piece done tonight too.

Was supposed to get off tomorrow after a meating, but my installer had a death in the family so he will be out all weekend. :ripped: Im still off sunday and monday, tho. I just need the alarm and Im in buisness.
