I'm replacing my standard front brake lines with a set of Earl's stainless braided lines. Does anyone know what size line wrench the OEM lines require?

Well no, but I mean like totaly you don't want to admit in public that you don't have at least one whole set of both American and metrics already do you?

I mean really. cwm5

Seriously, I think 10. But that's been months ago. That could be the bleeder and the coupling is 12, or 13. But I think they're all metric, unless of course they're American.

Sorry. :( But at least I TTT for ya.

They are all metric.. I think I used a 13 and a 15.. And a vise grip! (Shhh! they were RUSSTTED):D Thats what you do though.. If the flare nut wont turn.. Get a beefy pair of vise grips. Put it on the flare nut.. You will break the flare nut loose w/o rounding or damaging it. Even my never seen winter impala required the vise grips! Once I tried that trick I never rounded a flare nut ever again. (Yes line wrenches flex!)

I would just buy a whole cheap craftsman set. Its worth to keep in your tool box..

The bleeder is a 10 in the front and I think a 12 in the rear.

Brake line flare nuts.....I wire brush off any debris on the nut and around and exposed threads, then "Lightly" heat the nut with a small propane torch. Then hit it good with PB-Blaster and let it set for 30 mins or so. Then using the correct size Line wrench (Metric on our cars), you should have no problem breaking the nut loose. I you run into a severly rusted flare nut/brake line, odds are it's going to take you careful/slow effort to heat/ PB spray/loosen the flare nut without bending the brake line or stripping the flare nut in the process..cwm6

Did the trick! 10mm front is the size also. Had to shell out 100 bucks shipped for the snap on flare nut wrenches, but they look so pretty in my toolbox!

LOL, I have a standard set of "Line Wrenches" but I need to pick up a metric set, eBay here I come! I've had bad results with other brands other than Snap On, so I was hoping to avoid having to pay Snap On prices for the set. What can I say, just another excuse to buy more tools.
