Blinker problems. PLEASE HELP!

I have a 1993 Caprice and I'm really aggravated with it. When I turn my right blinker on with the lights off, both sides blink as if the emergency flashers are on, along with the speedo, climate control lights and plate light! When I turn the lights on and hit the right blinker, NOTHING blinks! Left blinkers works normal with lights on and off! I have no led bulbs in the car, and have replaced both blinker relays.

Roll up your sleeves

Could be a Grounding problem.

You will have to check several locations:

Harness to speedometer/gauges
Rear right brake socket
Front right turn signal socket

lights

You have a filliment that has dropped onto another one, thus making a circuit to other lamps. Replace the bulbs one by one until you find the culprit.
