Confusing Spare Harness In FWB

I pulled the carpet and first found an unused bundled cable lead and connector under the center armrest area. The only thing comes to mind for that era might be a factory mobile phone - based on the looks of the screw terminal. 2 minutes later I uncover a similar plug and coiled cable off-center high behind the seatback. I've been all through my FSM WDs and accessory section and don't spot anything those might have gone to.

I chose this section, but Fleetwood or Audio might have been just as likely to post. Any ideas?
