Seatbelt Sensor???

So, I see these wires by my seatbelt, and they aren't connected to anything. I have an indicator on my dash for a seatbelt. I'm assuming that's what these wires are for, however I have no clue where they should connect or even if they are for the seatbelt sensor. Can anyone help me out here?

The driver's side receiver has a set of contacts inside that make the circuit to turn the light off, when the seatbelt is latched. There is a connector under the seat, at the trans hump, that is part of the cross car harness. If you put the seat full front, you can access the connector.

How would one reconnect these wires to the receiver then? Is there a way to open that up?

The receivers are difficult to open. It is a lot easier to get one that works. You can check it with a VOM for continuity when the belt is latched.
