Rear window regulators

The passenger rear window on my cappy keeps falling down. Aside from sticking a piece of wood into the door, is there any *real* solution to this problem? I've looked for ages and can't find a window regulator or parts for one anywhere on the rear windows. Do I need to find a used door that has a working window in it?

Have you replaced the broken window slide with the updated roller?

Negative, I wasn't aware there was an update. Source on where to get it?

Does the regulator run, and the window not go up and down, or does it not run at all?
