All Interior Lights Stay On?

Merry Christmas!....but,

Car has been sitting for a few weeks and battery was dead, Charged battery.....and noticed all interior lights are on. Pulled fuse 35 to shut everything off

So what would be the more likely cause?

door switch
dimmer/on wheel?

and yes I checked to confirm all doors are closed and the dimmer switch is not set to "on"

Could be bad chime green box as that controls the interior lights or in my situation it was my passenger side door jam switch.

Well the plot thickens....with # 35 fuse pulled I started to check the door switches individually. Pulled the F DS first since it is the most used door. wires looked good, nice and tight against the plastic separator (I have had it and the PS one off at least 6 times since car was new to replace the rubber dust shields which almost always break within weeks). With switch out and fuse replaced the lights did not come on. Opened the rear door and they came on and went out in about 20 seconds after closing it.

I did a continuity of the DS door switch and it checks out

...now the weird part is I re-install the DS door switch and now all is good

IDK if this means there is a "intermittent" issue or the SS is pissed off it has sat in driveway(covered) for 2 weeks while its new room mate was getting parts on it (67 Camaro) and the SS was otherwise relegated to just being started to move it occasionally

I did re-set the timer switch to its lowest setting and the lights still stay on for about 20 seconds before going off.

...maybe that wheel switch is/was...the problem
