Starter terminal torque spec?

Hi guys, when installing a new starter I snapped the copper stud that the battery cable connects to.
Does anybody know what are the torque spec for the battery cable nut & solenoid cable nut?
Thanks

Remember, when not sure what to do, hit the throttle.
It may not end well, but at least it'll end the suspense.

"Starter Solenoid Switch-to-Battery Positive Cable Nut: 10N-m (89 Lb. in)"

I don't see a torque specification for the smaller gauge wire for the solenoid actuation. That's always a 1/4" drive tool set, and typically using a 1/4" or 5/16" socket. That's a snug connection only, especially since it's only a #6 or #8 size stud!

Thanks. I got the starter back together & on the car. Now the engine cranks but won't fire. Engine ran fine 4 days ago. Any ideas? All I've done since is replaced starter. Car has about 1/3 tank of fuel & front end is still up on jackstands (not sure if this would make a difference).

Meh, I've broken the brass stud too. They still use the same cheap bakelite as the '40s lol. We don't need no stinkink in./lb. torque wrench! I learned just to tighten til the split lock washer is flattened.
