Here is the announcement from ISSCA President, Harvey Clark, about Vegas Registration being open on the ISSCA web site:

Impala SS Club of America 2004 National Convention
“Las Vegas SShowdown”
Yes, the 2004 National Convention for owners and aficionados of the 94-96 Chevrolet Impala SS and 91-96 GM B-Body vehicles is coming to Las Vegas, Nevada! This year marks the 10th Anniversary of the Impala SS returning to the Chevy lineup. As part of the year-long recognition of this remarkable automotive icon, the Las Vegas SShowdown will take place from June 23 to June 25, 2004. The Impala SS Club of America (ISSCA) is once again hosting this 2nd annual gathering, with the support of ISSCA-chartered clubs and members from all across North America. Key clubs that will be providing hands-on assistance for the event include California’s Region of Doom and SoCal-SS, Arizona’s AZISSO, New Mexico’s NMISSO, and other local clubs from ISSCA’s western Regions.
Be sure to register on-line at the ISSCA website (http://www.goissca.org/). Make your reservations now by calling Sunset Station Hotel and Casino at 1-888-786-7389. Request the special Impala SS Club of America rate of $69.99 per night (plus taxes and any fees). The special room rate is for registered participants of the Vegas SShowdown, verification may be required at check-in.
Sunset Station (http://www.sunsetstation.com/templates/home.asp?p=4&bp=) is located minutes off the Strip at 1301 W Sunset Rd, Henderson, NV 89014. The Car Show, Sound-Off and Autocross competitive events will take place at the Sunset Station Hotel and Casino. The Drag Racing and Road Course will be held at “The Strip” and Road Course at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. We have lined up vendors that handle B-Body accessories as well as photographers to capture the event for you. Many other “fun” activities are being planned for event attendees, and there are numerous prizes and awards that will be up for grabs by participants. A major turnout of enthusiasts of the last General Motors “B-body” is anticipated for this 3-day celebration. Viva Las Vegas!
