Some updated pics

As some may have read in my grille post, I said that I was going to also be painting my B pillars black, as well as the rear trim around the taillights/license plate(and stainless trim around the windows, but haven't gotten to that)... I also took a scotch bright pad to the door handles and antenna base... still thinking about doing the whole belt trim. I really dig the way the door handles turned out, but I know ya can't really tell in these pics(not nearly close enough).... I also polished up my homemade mandrel bent turn-downs a bit..... and since this stuff no longer really pertains to the grille, I decided to just make a new thread... well, here is the pics

I think your roadie has a little bad ass look to it....I like it. Agree on the belt trim, something needs to be done with that. Removed or maybe color matched or all black. The front of the car with the grill has a subtle yet sinister look to it.

Thanks man. I appreciate that I've been trying to be creative on getting the old man look off of it without making it look like some jackass that thinks it's a race car... As you know it's a fine line. LOL... I was actually even tossing the idea around of body matching the stainless trim itself and leaving the rubber strip either gray or black... I'm not crazy about the look of the Roadies without the belt trim... especially with my car being white... don't want it to look like a city car... To me they also tend to look like the owner wishes they had an Imp... which I do, but ALSO, not instead of. LOL.... I'll eventually make up my mind and either paint it all or scuff it all
