.....I took a lot of good GM parts off and replace them with OíReillyís crap!
If you kept the old parts then possible to re-install (maybe one at a time) to gauge any improvement/cure.
I think Iíve almost replaced every component again from failure.
Not understood. You re-replaced all the new parts that you just installed because almost all of them have failed?
The problem Iím having now is Iíve noticed a loss of power, low end power.
When Iím driving thereís an occasional slight miss, just like a loss of spark just for a brief second the motor cuts out out.
it does it every so often as Iím driving but itís becoming more frequent.
Three. Separately and together all good reasons to check stickies and threads by searching 'Off-idle Stumble'
I changed the opti last year to an accel brand I was told that was a good one,
Who told you it was 'a good one'? Any aftermarket opti is a crap-shoot regardless of brand, some luckily assembled well, the next one on the line is a mess. Others with poor quality components last a while then not. There's a couple recent threads on pulling electrical diagnosis with a meter, and you can always pay a shop to hook up and read the motor. Search the opti re-build threads on 1.)frequent things found to fail (weak cap, missing seals, loosened rotors), and 2.) how to blueprint it with all the items to attend to and make it more reliable. Grease and locktite are involved.
now the plugs and wires were nothing great they were just OíReillyís crap. ...do you think it could just be plugs and wires
Not understood. Did you replace the plugs/wires or not? If so, did you make sure all plugs clicked twice both ends? Are any wires damaged from touching something hot?
The act of replacing a lot of parts can cause issues with pulled/broke hoses/wires. Several recent threads describing to use carb cleaner/ether to check for intake/vacuum leaks.
