Tuner near Chicago???

Anyone still around the Chicago area tuning these cars?
I had Bryan Herter do one years ago...then I recently used LT1 PCM Tuning (Solomon)
but the car is definitely not right. Not sure if it's a drivetrain issue or just the tuning.
I'd like to have a tuner look at it before I decide to just sell it all off.

Might be a few hours drive for you from Chicago, but I used Dynotune Motorsports out of Galloway, OH.
Brian Turner is the guy, he was excited to see a B-Body, most of his LT1 customers are F-Bodies.
He was a huge help to me in fixing my mail-order tune for heads/cam/gears setup. I sat with him the whole time as he was going through the software.

He knows his stuff and it's great he still helps out us LT1 guys.
You can see his Facebook page and all the great reviews he has. His website is a bit outdated, but still works.

Are you reasonably sure it was Bryan Herter, or could it have been Keith? Bryan has a FAR superior reputation compared to Keith.
Keith has been known to blame owners for problems appeared with is tune, and then would disappear by reverting to an OEM tune.

What kind of drivetrain issue[s] are you having?
Did the drivetrain issue[s] improve, get worse, or otherwise change after Solomon tuned it [as compared to before he tuned it]?

If you do not mind shipping your PCM out I HIGHLY recommend our own Marky Dissod. He has done at least 5 or 6 PCMs for me (OBDI). He carefully tunes the up and down shift points, lowers the temp when the fans kick in, and my emission results are nothing but outstanding!--at or near 0 for CO and hydrocarbons consistently. He also consults you and makes suggestions. He knows what in the heck he is doing. And his service is impeccable. He'll whip your PCM into shape!

Chicago tuning

Brian Vorphal used to do tuning. Early 2000's. Was a member of The Herd. Don't know if he still does it. Haven't lived in the Chicago area since 2006.
