Hey guys, I finally got my CPT level 2 tranny with converter and my tubular manifolds from clear image installed! By the way, installing those manifolds sucked ass! Overall I am very pleased with all of my new mods. I drove my car about 40 miles when I just couldn't help but put my foot into it. Nothing like leaving a 5 foot squirley going into 2nd gear, very nice! Here are some pics-

Congrats!!!

Our cars are so alike.. nuts!

FYI, you can take out the whole airpump, that sucker actually has some weight.

Don't forget to tighten those header bolts after couple of warm/cool cycles.

K&N FIPK takes about 30 minutes to install tops. Very easy, get the 1LE elbow so you don't have to do the hockey puck plug.

Thanks guys. I just finished the retightening of my bolts, and they did loosen up a bit since last night. I did put the K&N filter on it myself, and it was pretty basic stuff and took about 35 minutes. Very nice mod tho! I can't get over the whole 2nd gear tire spinning, very funny! Thanks again guys!!!

Clean ride Chris. I love that "Ice Storm in Atlanta". I bet the commuters were flinging themselves airborne off Spaghetti Junction that day, eh?

Very cool! Your reaction actually sounds EXACTLY like after a member on the other Cadillac board had a new CPT-2 installed and he couldn't believe how 1) better it shifted, and 2) how it would just lay tracks afterwards.

Same with the headers--great stuff, and I wish I had them

Thanks again guys! And as for that ice storm we had a while back, people were not throwing themselves off spaghetti junction at all. When we get the news of possible ice the night before, everybody buys milk and bread and locks themselves in there house. There probabley wasn't any moving cars in the whole state of Georgia! Im originally from Cleveland Ohio, so when I see this kind of stuff it just makes me laugh!
