I noticed today the rear of my 95 Fleetwood was leaning. The passenger side is aired up, but not the driver said. No audible air leaks, i sat on the trunk and kicked the pump on but the drivers side did not air up.

I check air hoses they all looked intact, what could be wrong?

I know on the 94 it did the same thing except it was the passenger side, the shock started leaking oil eveywhere and stopped holding air, but no audible air leak for it.

The shocks are old looking, chipping rust off them, is it time for new ones?

Yep, time for new shocks. Get rid of that air ride.

They definately sound toasted, and if you go that^^ route, hopefully your rear springs are still strong enough that the car won't droop. Contrary to our '93, for example, where the rear springs are definately sagging AND the rear shocks not only always run but simply can't lift any kind of load either. When we first got it, it could, but now with two people in the back seat and going down the road, the compressor just runs and runs and runs and never turns off. I thought at first it was just an issue of the springs being bad, but also that the shocks can't overcome that, I think they must be too. But we just leave it as is, since only one person is ever in the car, and it's still not a big problem.

My '95s rear shocks still seem fine, as I can load the trunk with a ton of stuff, it kicks on and in a few seconds it's back up to level and doesn't run anymore--and my back end is an inch or two higher than the drooping white car's, so the springs also seem fine. I still dislike the mushy stock ride feel, but because things like the rear still seem fine, I don't really want to go ripping them out until something actually feels worn out.

Im keeping the air ride, and definately getting new air shocks, love the soft ride and load leveling capabilities.
