Racetronix wiring harness

I received my racetronix BLT1 fuel pump wiring harness today with a new bulkhead connector assembly. The fleetwood has 4 wires where the B bodys have 3(the fuel pump and sender share a ground). In looking at this, I am a little confused. I hook up the wire in the front to the alternator and run to the back of the car. Mount the supplied fp relay and ground near the tank (about 6 inches of wire from relay to the connector to attach bulkhead connector). Here is where I'm lost. From the relay I have 4 wires, 1= red to front(alternator) 2=black to ground, 3= gray to male connector, 4=red to female connector. Each of these 2 connectors have a black wire going to ground and then a purple wire connecting the two. The bulkhead connector is male and the colors match the female connector (I assume I will just add a ground wire to the yellow bulkhead that goes into the tank and run the 2.5 ft to the common ground by relay). My question is "where does the other connector go?"

There is a similar thread in the engine problems maintenance section but with our cars being different I thought I may get more help here. Thanks
