moog 7268 springs?

I have seen a few threads on these in impalas but I'm wondering how they work in fleetwoods. Does anyone with a fleetwood run these? If so, did you have any issues with installation, or did they just go right in with no mods? How do they handle and how is the ride (and ride height) compared to stock springs?

What is the height to the fender lip with those springs (and what size wheels/tires)?
