I believe they are bolted on from the back of the bumper. You may have to remove the reinforcement on the back side before you can get to them. They may also be part of the rubber strip that goes across the whole bumper. If so, there are about 10 nuts holding the strip on from the backside of the bumper, but can be reached with great difficulty even without removing the bumper.

The lack of the reflectors is probably due to the portions not removed from the bumper trim, and workers not having the common sense to remove the errant pieces, and replace them with reflectors. I would write it off as an assembly error. You have a one of a kind, sort of like an error coin from the mint.

or they painted over them, the grey looks a little darker than stock. I have a good set if you need.

Check the code on the ones you have, and compare it with the code on the gray pieces. If the code is the same, they are probably just painted over.

I removed them today and it was painted over reflectors. They were pretty hard to remove since you can´t see anything under there. I don´t know if it will look better with red reflectors as it should be.
