Yep it is. It´s a 1977 Lincoln Town Car coupe but owning 2 US cars is nothing special.
Sweden is the largest US car scene in the world, outside US of course. We worship our yanktanks:)

I'm digging the CTS-V emblem on the front fenders! Nice.

Yeah, the American Car collecting hobby is big in Sweden and Norway. There are a few guys on the Cadillac-LaSalle-Club forum from that corner of the world. They've posted pictures of their cruise-ins where you'll see a gathering of 20-30 US cars of all ages and conditions. Quite amazing to see when you realize where it is.

The car actually belonged to a forum member, and another member Before that. Maybe someone recognize it:)

He contacted me just before chrismas last year and the car still isn´t registered over here! The whole export import procedure takes time!!!

Is that my old Fleetwood??

Richard didn't tell me he was selling it!? I would have bought it back.....

I will take good care of her. I won't use her as a daily driver as I wrote somewhere. She is way to nice for that. It will never see neither rain or snow.

How many miles are on her now? I bought her with ~70,000 or so back in 2005.

Send me a PM if you have any questions about it. It was one of my favorites! Now I am on Fleetwood number 6....

The meter says 110 865. Drives like new I have to add. I'm amazed everytime I drive it!

The previous owner kept them. I like the stock wheels and even more the stock chrome wheels:)

It got some horrible turninglamps in the back that was needed for the inspection when i imported it. I bougth it from Fred for 2200$ was a Florida car so no rust to speak about, only surface at the frame ,some usual cracks at the dash and a not so nice driverseat otherwise god for the price. It toke me and some friends down to Croatia from Sweden and back without any troubles( the ac stopd working the first day that was all so it became real hot).Rigth now it is not registered ,the rigth back wheelbearing needs to be changed ,will change to 3,73 and posi at the same time.

Yes those turnsignals were hideous:) I bought from www.swelight.net but I think I will put amber bulbs behind the backup lenses as everyone else. I can´t find a good Place to put them even though they are supersmall. Temporary I will put them where the rear reflexes in the bumper were.

Factory alarm information...

When I bought the car I found someone had cut an aftermarket alarm out of the car and broke three pieces of interior trim doing it. THAT was a nice problem to correct, along with the snipped off trunk pull down harness...

As for the factory alarm, it works and to disarm it: "if the alarm triggered try locking and unlocking with the key fob that should reset it." When it triggers it does make for a few tense moments because suddenly everyone is looking at you as well as the car. :D

Enjoy!

I imported it 2009 and had a guy helping me register it , and another guy doing the lamps to pass inspection .The manufactering label at the door was missing so he fixed some certificate to have it pass. I dont know why but for emission demands i only have to meet the regulations for ligth trucks ,i think this will make it easier for me installing my new engine .Should be intresting to see what happens when you inspect your car.cwm3

Yes I am. I don´t have big hopes for this...unfortunately. They always got something to complain on.

It should pass the ordinary inspection without any problems at all. The car is in GREAT condition!

Does it have catalytic converters now? I had them removed here and always had to put them back on for the yearly emissions testing.
