I'm looking to get a DVD player soon but I am throwing around ideas. First choice was the console. But was also thinking about the rear seat arm rest. Do you guys think it could be stuffed in there and just fold it down to insert the disk.

Get a DVD changer and stick it in the center console...

DVD in the console is no sweat. And, the DVD can also be your main head unit too. Pioneer makes a great one!

Well I already have a screen so I'm just buying the DVD player itself and tossing mounting locations around. The console will probably do. Thanks guys.

Check out my pics at the link below. I installed my PS2 behind the arm rest in the back seat, it might be what you were looking at doing.
