I just went out and purchased a digital camera. I will post pictures of my setup tomorrow for you to see. I currently have four tvs, rear view color camera, and a dvd player. I have one 5.6 flip down between my visors, two 5 inch monitors w/shrouds in my headrest, and one 5.6 in my steering wheel. I just found a great deal I couldn't pass up for a 13 inch monitor for my trunk. I will post pictures tomorrow.

I had a audio shop to do the installation for me. My DVD player is mounted in the trunk. I have an eye mounted in my dome light to control the dvd player.

I’ve only got one 5.6 LCD in my car, but I have a Blapunk DVD player under the dash (ashtray). I have a new Fosgate head unit that has audio inputs. Well here is what I did. Ran the video RCA to the Screen. And the Audio to the input. Pretty simple. So you control the DVD player with a remote, or on the face. And the TV screen is either off or on. Then the volume with the head unit or though the DVD player. Just turn the volume up on your car stereo and the volume down on the DVD player so you can control every thing with the DVD Remote. I bought my DVD player off Ebay, $220 shipped. Then the screen off ebay, about $150 I think. And that’s about it. Before I got my new CD player I used one of those inverters that plugs into the antenna, you turn to a certain radio station and you have sound. I think that was about $30. The first ones I seen was like $150, after lots of searching I found the one I got for $30. I may have that link some where, I will look for it if you need it. Any ways here goes you a pic of the screen...

I was going to remount it in my overhead console, but decided to sell the car and keep the over head for the next Caprice. LOL Hope this helps.

Oh yea, once you have a “brain” you can run as many screens as you want. Just go to radio shack and buy you a separator, one video in and like two out, you might need two of those. You loss quality after you do that a few times but IMO not enough to tell on such a small screen. Or you can get a Video amplifier off ebay that has like one video in and 4 or 5 out, I can’t remember how many out but you get the idea.

i was looking at getting the Blaupunkt dvd player as well. how do you like yours? also i've figure i could get a video amplifer and have the dvd as my brain i can hook up the audio from the dvd player to my hu because it has a aux input. only thing im stuck on is where to get some good screens from i know i want 2 in the back and i most likely will get a pioneer w6100 overhead console cuz i dont want my screens out in the open i want a stock looking interior too keep the greedy fingers away. i will most likely mount my dvd in the trunk.
can you tell me what to look for when getting tv screen's all i know is tft is good and the more pixels the better

I can get you a set of 5 inch monitors with the headrest shroud. You can choose from the stationary ones or the ones that tilt up amnd down.
