I traded my 10" flip down for a PS2 and a 7" flip down. Now I want to install that on my wagon the ps2 is going under the passenger seat and the monitor is going were the dome light is at now im thinking of using the dome light wires for power now for running the video cable to the monitor will that be hard and how do I get the headliner off?

The headliner comes off just by dropping the dome light, sun visors, the plastics that touch it, and the clothes holders in the back seat.

OK, time now for the correct answer

There are THREE wires in the headliner, and all 3 run right next to the dome light :

Constant +12V (i.e. on ALL the time)
Constant GND
Switched Ground (switches to GND when it turns on the dome light, but otherwise is floating)
In a 94, the +12V is orange, the constant GND is dark blue (switched GND is white). In a 95-96 the +12V is orange and the constant GND is black (switched GND is dark blue).

Only problem here is that the +12V is on ALL the time. Thus, unless you somehow turn on/off the TV with your ignitioon it'll be on ALL THE TIME. Probably not a good thing for battery life....
