Question How to keep headrest monitors on

I recently added 2 head rest monitors but I have to manually turn them on each time I turn the car on. I have a friend of mine who has a Tahoe with with 6 tvs and all of them stay on. Was wondering if there is something I could buy that would keep them on?

depending on your monitors if you do run them to your remote turn on on your radio you mite have to add a relay because sometimes they need to pull some power just to turn on
