5/8” lower control arm and knuckle kit offer

Group Purchase - 5/8” front lower control arm and knuckle kit

This GP is a joint effort between Mike at Hamilton Chevrolet and me.

Hamilton Chevrolet will deliver new knuckles (for 5/8" lower ball joint) to GP participants at $150 per pair plus shipping.

All order processing will be handled by me, and all payments will be directed to me. Hamilton Chevrolet's only part in this is as supplier of knuckles and to handle delivery as GP orders come in to me.

These are 100% new OE-spec stamped LCA’s with new 5/8” ball joints and new bushings—either rubber or Global West DelALum

Details of the LCA conversion have been addressed in this recently updated thread: see post #1 for pictures and post #20 for latest info about this mod and process involved

Recap of modified control arm cost: 5/8” conversion with rubber bushings - $320/pair - add $105 for GW bushings

Cost for complete kit (arms & knuckles) - $470 or $575 (plus knuckle shipping as noted above)

The GP will activate with a minimum of 5 participants, with added incentives for early commitment:
  • GP starts now and runs to Aug 15 or until parts run out (whichever comes LAST)
  • First 5 committed (paid) participants get free shipping of LCA’s (48 states), 6th kit & after will have a flat $25 LCA delivery charge
  • First 3 participants get the complete kit at $450 for rubber or $550 for DelALum (plus knuckle shipping)
  • LCA’s can be delivered to ISSCA Nationals August 14-18 or ImpalaFest October 19-21, if you can wait—and no shipping charge
  • Participants using PayPal will have a 4% processing fee added – Chase QuickPay, check or M.O. also accepted, no fees
  • GP participants in Hawaii, Alaska or outside US, contact me for delivery options & cost
  • No core fee on lower control arms
  • New upper control arms also available – limited supply – inquire for more details, core allowance available, standard shipping will be added (not part of GP)
NOTE: Delivery time is dependent on how quickly activation is achieved. Work to build arms for GP will not start until minimum participation level is reached.

Please PM or e-mail me if you wish to participate. No texting, no Facebook--I will confirm first 3 & 5 participants based on time-stamp of your initial contact and followup commitment/payment.

I just had a set some LCAs modified for use with 5/8" BJs by Bill and bought a set of the UCAs. Bill's attention to detail, workmanship and customer service were top notch. He caught a minor blemish in my new LCA and arranged with the company to have it replaced and kept me abreast of the situation.

Update

This GP offer is still active--and there are finally enough committed participants to move forward (actually was able to deliver one kit at ISSCA Nationals, and have more to build)--as the language reads "until parts run out"

The initial post in this thread has been updated to respond to questions like Stefan's - please note that the lowest GP cost now will be $495 plus knuckle shipping, as all of the initial incentive slots (first 5) are spoken for.

We have plenty of the spindles in stock so there is no reason we can't get people hooked up on this deal. I actually got to finally meet Navy Lifer when he picked up a batch of spindles from us during the Nationals. Great guy to work with and a walking referrence library. Thanks alot Bill!
