2004 Impala seats installed in 96 caprice
I picked up a nice 96 B4U Caprice last week very cheap, Driftwood, with tan cloth interior, 108k, with no rust. it has been sitting for over 10 yrs. Drain gas, fixed a few minor things and she fired right up.
Started my cheap mods today.
Installed some 2004 Impala tan bucket front seats today, I was amazed on the very easy install. Took about 2 hrs to complete remove old and install new.
Just like the Bonnie seats, just use the original caprice rails, drill two new holes, about 1/2 over on the impala seat on one side and your done.
These fit and look great, the side air bag is not operational.
Blazer floor shifter is next, which had gotten easier after installing 20 of them over the last 10 yrs.
