New window seals to prevent steamed up windows?

Can I just simply install new window seals all around to help drastically cut the amount of fogging on the inner windows?
Rain-X and the "shaving cream method" dont seem to work all that well....(unless im doing them incorrectly)
Any other tips/tricks to help with this issue?

Thanks

Working AC will eliminate foggy windows.
