Driver's window groaning

(Yes, I searched...)
The driver's side power window is starting to groan when closing. I've not replaced the sliders or the motor. It does appear to go up a bit slower than the rest. Time to replace sliders, motor, or both?

Thanks in-advance

Garage
Replacing sliders with rollers, and lubricating linkage pivot points might be all that's required for acceptable operation...
