Best Door Panel & Dash Tools?

What tools do you guys like for removing door panel fasteners and dash and door trim, effectively and without breaking anything?

Is there a good metal tool? How are those nylon tool sets you see on eBay, Amazon and everywhere? There are so many different types and sizes. What do you guys find works best?! I'd like to build a good arsenal!

In case anyone else is looking, I ended up with a pretty complete and good looking kit from Amazon; 18 pc Trim Removal Set

I have a metal "fork" for most tree fasteners, and a long screwdriver. The dash usually pull off. I prefer to use a long boxcutter blade to cut the trees, and put less stress on the attachment plates. Some fasteners will unscrew, and some have locks that must be removed before the fastener can be accessed (rear headliner reveal in the wagons).

The plastic ones will work as well as anything.
