This is a large difference in scale, but:
LAst month I had to get the shaft pulley off my table saw, but the set screw was seized on the woodruf key to the point I would either break the allen wrench in the head - or round off the hex. No access for a mapp torch. I didn't want to diassemble the whole dam saw so on a lark I got a rotohammer set to 'chisel' and just let the bit rest on the shaft. 15 minutes of steady torque plus PBBlaster shook it loose.
Don't know the accessibility but maybe some dissolver and oscillating dremel vibrating everything?
