About the time you say " you will never see it" when making stuff, you set the tone for the whole project. 🙂

Because all my equipment is manual, non cnc, little things like this take some time to make , so this is likely a one off .
I was kinda involved with babywagons gear swap, so that was why I offered.

I dont think it would fill through there terribly well as it is beween the pinion bearings and any oil fed in there has to actually go through the bearings to get to the main cavity

Very nice piece, Jerry. I guess I would look at cutting down/modifying the stock part before I went to this. Something like cutting down the stock part to the height of the mounting flange and filling the hole with epoxy. But at present I am keeping the ABS.

Well shoot! There I was living in paradise by the dashboard lights and rounding third base and then I hear, "What you gonna do boy?". It's back to tapping it out and plugging it.

Does tapping the hole make it so it can't be returned to ABS function in the future?

Probably so. Since I have no intention of going back on this, it's not a concern to me. But Ken, if you're thinking of going back I wouldn't tap it out.

Got the bug too eh? Maybe if Gerry doesn't want to keep it up we might be able to convince 2SMfg. to come in. That's if Gerry wouldn't mind. Not wanting to step on his toes here.

I am so glad my car doesn't have ABS or traction control. None of that non sense to deal with.
