Think the blower motor is going out. Runs fast and slow when set on high. Sometimes it won't run at all. If I get under the dash and move the plug to the fan then the motor comes back on. How hard is it to replace?

The fan replacement is fairly simple. You have to remove the door sill, and the kick panel. Remove the insulator panel under the dash. The motor is held in by three 5.5mm screws. You may have to push some wire bundles out of the way to remove the fan. The new fans are 3/16" shorter than the OEM ones, and will put out less air,, because of bleed-by. A good used one will often be a better option. While you are under there, an inexpensive resistor module is good insurance against having to get back under it again. Four 5.5mm screws hold it in place. I would get some liquid insulation, and paint the bottom 1/2" of the wires/connectors on the resistors.

It may be just the resistor module as well. I would try that first, and you may not have to buy a fan.

Do you have pictures of the blower motor resistor module? That way I know exactly what I'm looking at.

Thanks for the video. That helped quite a bit. I got the motor replaced, turns out the resistor module is fine so I'll be taking that back for a refund.

Thanks again,
