Well mine is a FSR dual core all AL. Bought it from a forum member here. Mine is just radiator, no oil/tranny cooler ( I have T56 and 9C1 external oil cooler). I assume FSR would make either type

You likely can find BeCool or something on Summit/Jegs vehicle specific "off the shelf"

Read Spectra made a all AL 2 core....I am sure much cheaper than the above.

What do you mean by "heavy duty"? I assume you mean more than single core--/row. If so, Silla makes an all aluminum but not sure if those are still available. The part numbers are listed here somewhere and you could try and search the web for part number and who may have 1.

================================================== =============

'95 Caprice SS conversion - Bonny Buckets - 96 Column, Shifter and Console - 3.73 Gear and Herter tune - Z/28 Cluster - Blazer OH Console - Green/Pink bushings - Chromed Impala Wheels - Eibach Springs and Bilstein Shocks - Corvette Engine Dress - the list goes on and still more to do...it never ends.

yep towing will want a large cooling system. Would recommend a external tranny cooler also.

These are the Silla 411 I saw on another thread.

Silla All-Aluminium Radiator Part Numbers:
23952AA: 2row. Transmission Cooler. NO Oil Cooler. 9C1.
23962AA: 2row. Transmission Cooler. Oil Cooler. Civilian.

Also, ron davis makes the nicest one for about ?$1800? I think?

94 RMSB 170K Sat 5 years, ran for 1 of those then remained untouched for 4. Sat because it was slapped by a deer and the owners didnt want to fix it for whatever reason.
Mods, all the free good ones.
Future? Probably pull engine, reseal it, and run it a lot more. Looking to get 250k out of it. PRAYING for 300k.

There are some on ebay. Probably Chinese. KKS 3 ROW STAMP TANK ALUMINUM RADIATOR FIT 94-96 CHEVY Caprice/Impala 4.3 5.7L

I have seen others, but this was the only one that came up on a quick search. There are some for 91-93, but the fittings for the trans, and oil cooler are smaller.

1991 OCC 461 (.030 over 454) BBC, 3.23 posi, flash to pass, drop spindles & springs, Impala rims, Hydroboost, Recaros, MOMO/wood SW w/QR, custom wood shift knob, Pioneer DEH P77DH
1992 OCC now with 5.7 tbi, DEH P77DH
