A/C Warm is it the Evap?

Wassup To the Gang, Not that long ago I had posted about the A/C blowing cold until it makes the Temp Gauge rise as if Overheating. No longer have that problem don't know what the fix was.I did find a air dam complete installed just the middle part so far.

In Reference I was told when checking the PSI rev engine @ 2000 for better reading. In doing so I noticed the LP gauge drops before specs of 40lbs also cabin would be mucher colder. I figured it must be low on freon my compressor engages without a problem. I recently charged on 7.11.18 with the compressor engaged I see no visual leaks, Orfirce Tube line is cold, Receiver drier is hot/warm (usually cold), Hot air inside the cabin Everything seemed to work when rev'd LP gauge reading is 30-40, HP 250-300. What seems to be the problem? Thanks Again
