Yeah that's not the cheapest I have seen them for... I just thought someone might be interested because they are getting harder to find and it's not a whole lot of miles on it like most people are offering.

That car has been for sale for quite awhile. I've never seen it around, though.

It's not for the car... It's just the motor tranny and ecm

Sorry. There is a T56 Impala that has been on the Mpls. CL forever.

For $3200, it isn't great, but not a rip off either. Most guys would put that cash towards an LS based set up I bet.

I agree, I guess it all depends where you are located. I paid 800 for my T56 in "unknown" condition, thank god it has been good to me so far. That was without the correct bellhousing and it needed a new clutch fork. Then you cross the map and my boys down in New Orleans T56/LS1 setups go for under a grand.

This. I paid $1900 for my complete 96 Z28 donor, wrecked in the front, with about 140k on the clock, with several engine mods and a NICE set of stainless headers.

I just got lucky on the deal, person who sold it to me had no clues about cars. Originally had it for $2200 but it wouldn't start one day and posted the price I paid for it. It only needed a jump since it was turning over slowly.
