Where is your amp ground wire in your wagon?

Not sure if I grounded in the best spot in my wagon. I'm grounded under the rear 6x9 speaker to the metal bracket plate the 6x9 mounts to. Where is your ground? I seem to be pulling a lot of unnecessary power which is making my car feels funny at high volumes. I only have a 800 Alpine on a 15" Kicker CRV and A old school RF Punch 250 amp on 2 Pioneer 6x9 5ways. 4 gauge power wire, 4 gauge ground wire, twisted RCA jacks, etc. Basically nothing crazy just standard equipment.

I think I had used one of the mounts for the spare tire but I haven't had my wagon for a few years now.
