I'm not familiar with the RMS, but the Caprice/Impala are 1.5 DIN (same as the size you linked to). I imagine the RMS is the same. The one in your link, however, is for trucks. The trucks have the sliders on the side of the unit. For the B-body, you'd want a unit with the tabs like the one in this link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GM-CHEVY-DELCO-AM-FM-CD-RADIO-CAPRICE-IMPALA-S10-BLAZER_W0QQitemZ120066843776QQihZ002QQcategoryZ38641QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
. All I can say is, pull your dash apart and take a look at the mounting style of yours and be sure you get the correct one. The plugs will be the same, I'm sure, regardless of RMS or Caprice/Impala.

Yeah, I have one those you just listed in the Mrs.' 1992 9C1. Loves it and it works great, took some shimming to get it snug though. I know they are plug and play, more curious about the fitment or if anyone else on here had tried one. Maybe I'll guinea pig.

i bought a am/fm cd player from a later model camaro has wing type mounting backets. i installed it in my 92 caprice wagon using the bracket from my 92 radio attached it to later radio with the rear mounting stud then screwed that to original holes in dash.

i am selling the radio now i just bought a gm am/fm cassete with slave cd from chevy venture van. radio was simple plug and play. radio& cd works great some fading on the number 1 button.will sell for $75.00 plus shipping if anyone is interested pm and i'll send pics.
