This seems like a good deal for a decent budget system. A single amp always makes things easy to hook up. Does anyone have any info about this particular multi-channel amp? Thanks a bunch

that's he amp my friend in the car audio biz suggested if i didn't go with a powered head. they are reasonable power at a reasonable price and reliable. there are better choices out there if you want to start going high end but i don't think you'd be hurting yourself with that amp. just know that with a little looking there are cheaper places to get it than crutchfields. rock on, rus

I was just surprised for the price being so low. The XPlod speakers are also relatively inexpensive. If i can ever find a really good Imp i'd like to have a good stereo. Im not looking to enter dB drags nor am i trying to make myself go deaf.

Just something to make a good sound w/ a moderate volume increase. Thanks for the info

Don't ever buy anything out of crutchfeild they are way overpriced.

And sony isn't the best choice for an amp. Are anything else that goes into a car. They make great home stuff but there xplode line doesn't "cut it".

Go to best buy or Hi fi and do side by side comparisons of an Xplode and other amps. If the amp sitting next to the xplode doesn't push more power than the xplode then the "other" amp probably isn't hooked up right.

Their prices will most likely beat crutchfeild and they have alot more highend gear to choose from.

And more specifically look at this line of amps. They are are more powerful for less $$$.
