Can anyone tell me how to remove the panel on the door to replace the speakers, without breaking things...... Thanx!

I only I could get my hands on a Caprice'91 repair manual!

Cool

Have you done the deed yet? If not, start out with removing any screw you see from the arm rest, pry (GENTLY) the window switches out, and unplug the cluster. After the switch cluster is removed, start prying the bottom of the door panel out (gently) and work around the edge from back to front (my choice there). You'll have to get some extra fasteners from the local GM garage. The ones that you pull will be toast & not worth using again. Do a search on from about a year ago & you'll see what I & several other did. Also, if you're adding speakers, you'll need the template. Drop an e-mail if you have questions . . .

There is a door panel removal tool.. It will hook into the plastic fastener and then pry gently outward. Useing this tool will almost guaranty not to break your door panels. IT WORKS.
