New member says Hello and rambles a bit
I love the heavy duty cars the cops drive, I bought a few. We needed a car for a family and wanted a full size car. I saw a 95 caprice on a state lot, this was is 2000. $8000 for the car I think it had 100k on it a former CHP car and it was decently painted white. I still own it and its a great car, later we bought a used SS for about the same price and mileage.
I'm in Los Angeles and one of my hobbys is Ham radio.

Welcome, Leonard! My husband and I are both extra class hams, but we haven't played with that sort of radio in years. Instead, we started a community radio station over here in Pendleton, OR. I own a 95 Caprice wagon, that still runs great with over 337,000 miles on it - largely in thanks to the info, help, and yes, parts, from folks on this forum.
