Stock fuel pump does it max out @ 50psi?

I searched but didn't find the info.

Does the stock pump in these max out @ ~50psi?
The reason I ask is using one on an engine run stand and seems to not go any higher even without vacuum applied to the regulator.

Garage
Stock regulator will max out 41-47psi. An adjustable regulator would let it go up until nothing goes back the return, probably 60+ psi.

Using a stock 5.3 regulator it won't go higher that ~50.
Thinking pump is weak or it has a max psi of ~50?

So the pump can do more than 50 psi (brand new), but the regulator in our cars limits it to 40-ish. There is no reason to be at 50 psi unless you have installed some aftermarket injector that is spec'd to that pressure to get enough fuel into the cylinder for our cars ... racing, whatever.

This isn't an LT1 it's a 5.3 on a run stand stock LT1 FP assembly installed in a boat tank.
