Sorry for the delayed answer. I got the wheels out of the attic, inspected them and took some pictures. they are in perfect condition as I expected. I discovered that I bought them new from a local dealer in August of 1999. Honestly I had forgotten the year I bought them, but the paperwork was still on the boxes. As you can see the center caps and lugs came with the wheels.I have searched the internet looking for these NOS wheels but have not found any so pricing them fairly has been a challenge. They listed at $192.00 in 1999. Given inflation of the last 21 years and the rarity of the wheels, I think $3000.00 for the set of 4 is a fair price.

No. I can get a set of the rattiest wheels and caps restored to 'like new' condition for less than $1000.

TBH that is way too steep of a price even for
NOS wheels. Seen them go between $800-$1,500 within the last year. GLWS!

So if we're talking Inflation rate that would come out to a cumulative rate of 56% from 1999 to today. So they would be $300 each in today's dollars

 

You'll find that $300-350 is about the ceiling anymore. Folks with mint cars already have mint rims. Folks in the $3k price market have little (if any) interest in 17" rims...
