Actually, this is a huge design issue on these cars. GM put the ground terminals near a heat source and those ring terminals literally fuse to the nut and threaded stud that holds the coil. Most people break the ring terminals off when they change out a coil. The OEM ring terminals are damn near impossible to find - you have to tell a white lie to Delco wire division and tell them you're an engineer and need some samples for evaluation. In my case, its not a lie - I do have an undergrad degree in Chem. Engineering. The OEM ring terminals are VERY stout and require some heavy-ass (is that a word?) crimpers to install.

So I will assume u can't just go to auto zone and buy their ring to replace them??
