I swapped out my old rough looking steering wheel out for this excellent rewrapped stocker today. I got it from forum member Chuck Pelton. I tell ya, it's nice to have a good looking steering wheel again.

Waddaya think?

Looks really nice. Is that over the factory wrap or does it replace it? Mine is also wearing through between 10 and 1 (on the clock so to speak).

That looks like top notch work right there.

I hate our wheel, its way to thin and the factory leather is thin.

Been using a wheelskin to prevent the wear iSSue.

Once again, that is nice looking work.

How much to wrap it?

I do not know. The leather does feels better than the old "factory wrap".

you should tell us all how you did that trunk button down by the hood release
The button is out of a 2001 Bonneville, just ran the wires over to it.

The wheel was $290 with a $75 return when you send your old wheel back.

do you have any pics of the back of the wheel... i'm interested in how it looks where the leather terminates. nice upgrade by the way.

He's a forum member so the name should come up in the member's search and/or ChuckPelton@comcast.net

I've been using a steering wheel cover for about 5 years now. My wheel started to peel almost right after I got the car. I'd like to get it rewrapped, but I'd probably make it peel again. :( That looks like some killer work though on the rewrap.
