both, they work until I turn on the park or the headlights, it has baffled me for a while

I kept looking at how it was working they would work when the lights were off in the signal mode so the park lights would cancel the signal. I had to ground one of the wires , now they work perfectly. I found a company that sells the 24na bulbs in a led form and the are great its amazing how small they are but the light output is awsome, so I HAD to get them working right. thanks again.
