I was hoping someone could help me troubleshoot a interior lighting problem. When the car is running and the front passenger door is opened the interior lamps do not come on. This is the only door that does not work - the other three doors activate the interior lamps just fine. When the car is NOT running the front passenger door activates the interior lamps correctly, just like the other three doors.

Is this a fuse issue or something more complicated? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
