im going to get trailer fenders and add metal from there, i still need to determine whether or not the factory 4 link will work. I think it will if i extend the uppers more it will allow the axle to travel up high enough but i wont know till i finish cutting out the frame notch.

looks good. let me know if you need any pointers, hope it turns out good for you.
Thanks man i appreciate it.

Obviously im going to weld sheet metal back in. I have the driver side notch all welded in and saturday ill do the passenger side and then cut out the section of frame that is under the notch. This is definitly taking more time than i had planned in my head, lol. Im just taking my time and making sure i dont miss anything along the way. I still need to cut the drive shaft tunnel and hopefully i will be able to set it on the ground this weekend.

Well as of right now im satisfied with the stance, its not as low as rabbits but after consideration mine is a daily driver. Iam bottomed out on the rear lower control arms hitting the cross member that holds the upper control arms and the tires are hitting in the door jamb where the latch is bolted to (as rabbit mentioned would happen).I may just leave it as is and work on putting the metal back in so its ready for Slamfest. After then i will build a new cross member and run a two link.

Thanks everyone, as for a time frame it took me a total of about two weeks adding up originally bagging it and doing the notch in the rear. I still have to put the wheel tubs in a adjust a few things and rework the suspension but if i had a full 8 hours a day to work on it 2 weeks would be no problem. Marcus i will definitly be by when im done, im going to start getting my collection of spare suspension parts to have you do your magic.
