What is the correct tool to remove the Optispark rotor screws?

Is it a Torx or Allen wrench?

I tried metric Allen wrench sizes 1.5, which was too small and 2.0, which was too large. I also tried English size 1/16 inch, which was too small and 5/64 inch, which seemed too big.

I'm guessing it is a smaller Torx size? The smallest Torx I have is T-10, which is way too big.

FWIW, I do have the correct E-4 inverted Torx for removing the distributor cap screws. With the cap off, I don't think I have the right tool to remove/reinstll the rotor.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Torx T8

Ok, a Torx T8 seems to be the correct tool.

Didn't know I had one.

Also a screw for the TPS works in a pinch.

***edit, I was referring to the cap, which is the one that troubles most folks. I don't recall the rotor needing anything special. I must have it handy.
