For sale is my Cotillion White 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood V4P powered by the legendary LT1 V8. This is the shared engine with the Corvette of the same era. I am only selling the vehicle due to a growing family and needing a more practical around town car with some more modern features. Included with the sale is a factory service manual (rare), original manual, and many original/extra parts I acquired over the years.
Extremely rare OEM V4P tow package. This vehicle received different gearing from the factory. Less than 1% of the Fleetwoods leaving the factory received this option. Excellent condition, garage kept vehicle.
This Cadillac Fleetwood is the last of a bygone era; the last body on frame RWD V8. It shares the same power-plant as the Buick Roadmaster, police 9C1 Caprice, and legendary and loved Impala SS. The Fleetwood is the Impala SS in a tuxedo. It’s having your living room sofa on wheels.
Details:
I am the second owner – it was purchased from the original owner in 2015 with 24,000 miles on it in showroom condition. At the time of purchase, it was the nicest, lowest mileage Fleetwood anywhere on the internet. The vehicle still has the original plastic stickers from the factory on the door jambs (by the windows). Aftermarket rubber floor mats installed. I still have the original, unused OEM floor mats in mint condition and can include with the sale.
This Cadillac is basically a one of a kind. It has the extremely rare V4P factory towing option which came with the ability to tow a boat (7,000 lb capacity). Some of the options included in this package were:
1. 3.42 geared rear axle
2. External Trans Oil Cooler
3. In radiator Engine Oil Cooler
4. Specific code springs (stiffer)
5. Mechanical fan, and secondary electric fan
This vehicle has been my baby day in and day out as my daily driver. No accidents. It has 92,xxx miles on it and it has been garaged for the entirety of its life, and the paint, trim, and plastics show that. Rust free undercarriage that was coated right out of the factory with a protective coating.
I will attempt to list all of the major maintenance I have done on the vehicle, but will no doubt forget something. I will include my service booklet where I kept records of what was done and when (oil changes, brake fluid, etc.). It has been meticulously maintained as I am anal about service.
The leather still smells new and has been conditioned and cleaned annually since I have owned the car. Leatherique (endorsed by the Rolls Royce Owner’s Club) has been used exclusively to keep the seats supple and fresh.
The car is mechanically clean and runs like a clock.
Other notes:
Being that the car is 25 years old, there are a few wear/tear notes:
This is an extremely special and rare example of one of the last of the American greats and last great body on frame RWD sedans.

- 1. New brake pads, calipers, rotors, and drums completely rebuilt/coated in rust protector paint - fresh brake fluid.
- Spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and waterpump replaced 10,000 miles ago.
- Tri-Y ceramic coated headers installed with custom 2.5’’ mandrel bent dual exhaust, Walker Turbo mufflers and stainless 3’’ turn down tips installed.
- Custom welded 2.5’’ hitch and receiver.
- (5) 2000 Tahoe Limited SS wheels – I didn’t want to be like everyone else with Impala SS rims so I sourced 5 full size rims. 4 on the car and the fifth (spare) is in the trunk. These were brand new refinished a few years ago. The rims are brand new clear coat and new aluminum paint. These 16 inch rims allowed me to get better tires/rubber than the OEM size which was basically extinct. The car currently has some barely worn Pirelli Scorpion Verde 2 tires. I have rotated all 5 tires for even wear.
- Aftermarket radio and speakers.
- Lee power steering pump and new lines installed.
- Small rust spot in the middle of the trunk seal (common with B/D body cars)
- Small rust spot/dent in the rear passenger bumper corner
- Small bump in the driver’s side front bumper guard
- A few small rock chips in the hood paint by the grill. Most have been painted (will include OEM touchup paint)
- Small tear forming in the driver’s side leather seat where the seam/threads meet – barely noticeable and not in a place to keep expanding
- Small tear/wear mark in the driver’s seat near the recline switch (common in B/D body cars)
- The antenna will not go down – I have a new replacement I will include in the sale
This is an extremely special and rare example of one of the last of the American greats and last great body on frame RWD sedans.
