First off, the wires may not be there. If the wires are there, they will have a connector on them. If not, you need a hot and ground wire for the switch, and wires to both mirrors. I do not think the wires to the right mirror will be in the body harness. If the wires are there, a connector will be present in both 91 doors. If a connector is present, it may not fit the 95 mirror connectors.
If you need to run new wires to the right side, they go through the door jam, under the seats, through the passenger door jam, and to the connector for the right side mirror. You must also have enough wire to allow for flexing when opening the doors. Follow the body harness. It sounds simple, but is a lot of work. Wires are color coded, to keep from mixing them up. I have not had good results with soldering old automotive wiring, so I crimp them with heat shrink crimps. Stagger the crimps to make a smaller harness.
If you do not have the wires in your harness, it is no harder to get the harness with the wires already in it (you must find one). You still need to remove the seats, and carpet. The 92 to 94 body harness with the mirror wires may fit. The mirror wires will be there, and you may be able to integrate them with your harness. The 95 to 96 harnesses would have the mirror wires too (with the correct connectors if they are different), but you may have to splice the control switch leads. If you have a complete body harness to refer to, it would make splicing locations obvious. You may be limited to the wagon harnesses, because it may contain wires that are not in the sedan harness. My first attempt would be getting a harness with the mirror wires, and integrate
